Notice of Death

YOUR SURVIVORS NEED TO INFORM THE ASSOCIATION WHEN YOU PASS AWAY

When you pass away, if your dues are being deducted from your pension payments (i.e., DDS), the government will notify the Association that it has stopped deducting your Association dues. However the Privacy Act prevents the government from notifying the Association that you have passed away (and deductions may be stopped for other reasons). 

If National Office sends mail to your address it is simply returned as undeliverable. As a result, your survivors need to let the Association know you have passed away. Contact information as follows:
